CAIC will host its Annual Holiday Luncheon on Friday, December 4, 2026, at the Hilton - Oak Lawn. 

The event brings together regional business, manufacturing, and economic development leaders for an afternoon of networking and features a keynote address by Brandon Fong, Principal with Constellation Energy’s Commodities Management Group. Mr. Fong will discuss how expanding data centers are reshaping energy markets and affecting local industrial operations.

Tickets are $100 for CAIC members and $110 for non-members.
