On-The-Job Training Program

Funded by the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, CAIC is able to assist unemployed and displaced workers by training them for new careers and at the same time assist employers with the cost of training them in the skills required to be productive employees.  You may be reimbursed for 50% of the trainee’s wages for up to three months for on-the-job training.  This amount is reimbursed to you directly by CAIC.  For more information, please contact Grace Garcia grace@calumetareaindustrial.com
