The Community Health Resource team works under the direction of the Chicago Department of Public Health and the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership.  After starting as contact tracers during the Covid-19 pandemic and manning Chicago Covid Hotline it has transitioned to community health work focused on promoting health equity on the far south and southeast sides of Chicago.
