Jobs of the Future
The Calumet Area Industrial Commission, a member of The Partnership’s network, offers participants direct pathways into careers in advanced manufacturing. The training is a Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA) Bridge program funded by The Partnership and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
As a CEJA Workforce Hub we provide training programs: a Bridge Program and a Job-Specific Training Program. The programs prepare participants for careers as Weatherization and HVAC professionals, Solar Photovoltaic Installers, Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installers, and Hybrid Auto Technicians.
